Membership is strictly limited to professionals in the hair and beauty industry, including: 

Hairdressers 

Barbers 

Salon owners 

Spa owners 

Beauty salon owners and attendants 

By applying for membership, you confirm: 

You operate within this industry 

Information provided is accurate 

We reserve the right to: 

Approve or reject membership 

Request proof (e.g., ABN, salon details, social/business presence) 

Suspend or terminate access at our discretion 

 

3. Membership Tiers 

Retail Member 

No minimum order quantity 

Bulk Member 

Minimum order: 500 units/products 

Sub-Dealer 

Requires approved application 

Must enter into a Sub-Dealer Agreement 

Minimum initial order: AUD $5,000 

 

4. Product Information & Distribution 

EA Trading Pty Ltd: 

Is the sole distributor of SOTE products in Australia (non-exclusive) 

Supplies products manufactured in Korea by SOTE, backed by Create Group of Companies 

All guarantees are subject to manufacturer conditions. 

 

5. Professional Use Requirement 

All products are intended for professional use only. 

Members are responsible for ensuring: 

Proper application and handling 

Adequate skill and knowledge 

EA Trading Pty Ltd is not responsible for: 

Misuse 

Improper application 

Outcomes resulting from lack of skill or training 

 

6. Orders & Payment 

All prices are in AUD 

Orders subject to availability and approval 

We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion 

 

7. Technical Support & Consultation 

We provide: 

Product consultation 

Technical guidance 

⚠️ Advanced support may be prioritised for trained or certified users. 

 

8. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law: 

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss 

Liability is limited to remedies required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

All content is owned by EA Trading Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission. 

 

10. Governing Law 

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
